About this course
3-Day Advanced Course
AIDA Level 3 is your first foray into deep freediving. It expands on Level 2 and adds a great deal of detail and theory.
The course is designed to further develop skills from previous levels, to acquire new skills, and to gain a deeper knowledge of safety procedures and techniques. The new techniques introduced are free fall, Frenzel equalizing, the use of training tables, and understanding the risks of pressure changes and how to minimize them. Students train these skills in the most common disciplines of freediving: Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Free Immersion, and Constant Weight.
