The main focus in a private training session is safety, quality, and fun. I'll coach you toward your freediving goals in a comfortable, relaxed setting. Freediving is all about relaxation and trust, so we take the time for you to learn at your own pace and progress further than you thought possible.

Private training sessions are primarily for those interested in improving their depth diving. If there is a different type of apnea you'd like to train with me, just let me know.

The session is held near Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon in Waikiki. Other start times are available by request. The exact location is sent in the confirmation email when you book.

Prerequisites

Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent)
Comfortable in open water
Can speak and read English

I took the AIDA 1, 2 and 3 courses with Mitch in the span of two weekends. I have been freediving my whole life and his courses were impeccable.
