2 Day Beginner Course
The most popular way to get in to freediving, it combines the 1st and 2nd levels of the AIDA educational ladder in a fun 2 day course, with both pool and depth sessions.

AIDA 3
3 Day Advanced Course
AIDA level 3 is the first foray in to deep freediving. It expands on level 2 and adds a great deal of detail and theory

4 Day Master Course
AIDA level 4, also known as assistant instructor level, is the most advanced non-professional freediving certification.
