• The main focus of our Instructor Course is safety, professionalism, and confidence. We teach you how to effectively deliver freediving courses in a calm, structured, and student-centered way. You may be surprised at how much your teaching abilities and personal freediving skills will grow throughout the course. Becoming a freediving instructor is about trust, awareness, and responsibility, and we take the time to help you develop these qualities at your own pace.

• Completion of this course and all required components will result in an AIDA Instructor certification. This certification allows you to teach AIDA 1, 2 and 3 star courses and start a professional career in freediving.

• Throughout the course, you will develop the ability to lead classroom, confined water, and open water sessions with safety, clarity, and confidence. You will refine your communication, rescue techniques, student supervision, and instructional demonstrations. In the open water, you will manage dive sessions from both the surface and underwater while learning how to handle realistic emergency scenarios. The theory portion covers the AIDA education system, teaching methodology, risk management, performance evaluation, student psychology, ethics and professionalism, and the business side of teaching freediving.
